ENTRY FEE: Entry Fee: $150 per team. Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to pay your team entry fee.

COOKING SETUP: Yocha Dehe Ranch provides identical tri-tip cuts to all teams at meat turn-in. Each team receives a 10' x 20' cook space, one 10' x 10' EZ-up canopy, and one 8-foot table. Contestants must supply their own cooker, fuel, utensils and fire extinguisher. Cooker Type (offset / kettle / trailer / etc.).

COMPETITION RULES & FORMAT

Meat & Cooking:

•  Each team is provided 8 identical Yocha Dehe Ranch tri-tip cuts — no substitutions allowed

•  No pre-marination before official turn-in weigh-in; no injections prior to that point

•  Teams supply their own cooker/smoker, all fuel, tools, rubs, marinades, and sauces

•  Each team is assigned a 10 × 20 ft pit space with one table and canopy provided

Teams:

•  Up to 4 members per registered team

•  Entry fee: $150 per team (includes 4 team wristbands)

•  Teams must be set up and fire-safe by 8:30 AM or risk disqualification
